The product is vintage fashion belt material in white. Does not include any hardware. I don't believe the role has been used. Halfway through it is taped together but I believe that is by the manufacturer. I didn't get the roll quite back together after taking pictures like it was when it came out of the box. The material is still tough I gave it several stress tests and there's no cracking and it is pliable. Maybe slightly off-white now instead of bright white.
