How Curtsy Works

The short version of buying and selling on Curtsy

How does buying work?

Browse thousands of listings from real closets, add a piece to your cart and check out. The seller ships it straight to you with a prepaid label, usually within a couple of days.

Can I make an offer?

Yes: most sellers take offers. Open any listing, tap Make an Offer and name your price. Sellers tend to respond fast, and a lower counter is common.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is set per listing, and plenty of pieces ship free (look for the Free badge). Everything ships tracked, so you can follow your order door to door.

What if my order isn’t as described?

Every order is covered by buyer protection: if a piece arrives not as described, report it within a few days of delivery for a full refund. Sellers only get paid once your order arrives as promised.

How do I sell my own clothes?

Selling happens in the Curtsy app: snap a few photos, set a price and list in under a minute. When something sells you get a prepaid shipping label, and your earnings land as soon as it is delivered.

This site is a Palisade demo of Curtsy: real listings, demo-local cart and offers. Nothing here is actually bought or sold.
