Like new condition. There's nothing like a good pin with a good sense of humor. The folks at J.J. (Jonette Jewelry) often made jewelry that put a smile on your face. We call this pig riding a motorcycle pin 'hog on a hog! 'Hog' is the nickname for a Harley Davidson motorcycle* The pin measures 2 inches across by 2 inches high. The back has the J.J. hallmark. The silvertone metal pin is in excellent vintage condition. Circa 1970s. *The nickname "hog" became a popular slang term for the beloved Harley Davidson motorcycle. In 1983, the Motor Company decided to take advantage of this longstanding nickname and they turned the nickname into an acronym for their group, the Harley Owners Group. "HOG" is also the Harley-Davidson Motor Company's listing on the stock market.
