Beautiful round gold tone pendant with a heart shaped filigree center. In the center is a round genuine Diamondfire stone and Diamondfire stones around the edge. Baguette bail. Original chain has been replaced with a gold plated 925 18” chain with a lobster claw clasp. The stones are "Genuine Diamondfire" cubic zirconia, which are high-quality, man-made diamond simulants cut with 57 facets like a real diamond to maximize sparkle.
