Vintage Hand-Painted Wood Parrot Necklace - Red Disc Beads, Tropical Novelty Single strand necklace with 6 hand-carved, hand-painted wood macaw parrot beads, pic 1 and 2. Each parrot is approx 2in long with red body, yellow chest, blue wings, and yellow beak, pic 2 and 3. Interspersed with hot pink/red wood disc beads and black wood round beads with brass-tone spacers, pic 1 and 2. Barrel screw clasp in silver-tone, pic 4. Measures approx 26in long end to end, pic 5 showing 13in drop when doubled. Lightweight for the size. Condition: Good vintage condition. Paint on parrots shows light scuffs and wear consistent with age and use, pic 2 and 3. Wood discs have natural variation and minor surface marks, pic 4.
