Vintage Elgin gem quartz gold tone stainless steel watch with two oval cut rubies and eight round cut white sapphires. Currently fits a size 6", but could adjust to be smaller or extended to a 7". Needs a new battery, I do not guarantee that it will work once the battery is replaced.
