It displays two round faux pearls - one light grey and one in deep midnight black-separated by a sweeping, S-shaped center wave band accent split with tiny clear rhinestones. The underside includes Sarah Coventry's signature. Signed SARAH COV inside band; This is 52 years old (Released in the 1974 jewelry collection line).
