Description

This Urban Outfitters strapless romper is perfect for the beach or a summer day! The top part is a scrunched and stretchy material which makes it super breathable and movable! The bottom is the same material but unscrunched… the bottom of both legs also have a little opening on the side of about 10” (shown in pictures). I wore this a few times last season and it’s in reasonably good condition. Size XS, fits true to size.
