Tory Burch Reva Tumbled Patent Leather Flats

I just moved and this pair was damaged during the packing. :( So sad because I hardly got to wear them. I can’t tell if it’s red marker or paint stains and/or if they’re removable. There’s also fading/discoloration. I did provide an image from afar to show it’s not visible once they’re being worn.
