The belt itself is in excellent condition. It is missing the piece on the belt that it feeds through so you can just use your belt loops or buy a replacement. It doesn't affect it; it's just not on there. There is also an added hole on the belt as seen in pictures. Beautiful statement piece. I have priced accordingly due to it missing that piece, much cheaper than comparable belts.
