Simply Couture size large cream color sheer lace swimsuit coverup or dress

I purchased this to wear as a swimsuit coverup, but it has never been worn. I just rediscovered it in my closet and decided that it needs to go to a new home! Pit to pit measurement is 21 inches and from shoulder seam to bottom hem is 36 inches.
