Sherri Hill Prom Dress

I am 5’6 and 115 pounds. This dress is from Sherri hill originally broughten for $700 then an added $100 for alteration: the waist is shortened a bit, and push-up padding was added which can be taking out at home and is shown in the picture above. I have to straps if you don’t like the strapless look, and the gems if you wanted to add any. The dress is in great condition besides the last 3ish inches has some wrecked material from walking around, which is also shown in the picture above. I want $400 but I’m willing to negotiate!!
