Ruffle Velvet Duster

Description

I love this duster so much, but it doesn't get worn the way it deserves! Sized as an 8 though it fits like a S/M. I am 5'5 and it does hit the ground. Perfect for the fall to use as a layering piece or for costume! Originally bought for $200, has only been worn twice.
