Pink jeweled watch

See pics for details. Pink and clear gems around watch face. Watch face looks like it’s made out of a rainbow shell, like mother of pearl. I was given this, so I don’t know exactly what it’s made out of. Missing one stone by the 6. The stone by the 5 is just dirty, but it’s there. Needs a new battery.
