Tested positive for solid 14k stamped gold. Genuine diamonds. I’m not 100% sure if the stopper is solid gold since it’s not part of the golds weight. Nevertheless it’s a really cool piece. Note normal wear due to age. For example discoloration/ tarnishing etc. Screw down to remove stopper.
