Navy Dress

Description

Wore once for a wedding. Great as a bridesmaid dress or dressy event. Stretchy - can fit medium or large. I normally wear medium but got the large for the length. The top is two long straps that allows you to wear the top however you would like. On Lulus site it shows you all the ways you can style it and how to tie it. The second picture shows some how some other girls styled it. Very stretchy material.
