Such a lovely vintage piece from the 1970s millinery company Betmar New York. Union-made brown wool felt in a classic fedora/ wide-brim silhouette, of course the feather accent is the star of the show. Fair condition, there's visible damage from decades-old moths. The integrity of the hat is intact, as is the embellishment but the hat needs to be re-felted or otherwise upcycled/restored beyond my ability/time.
